- Input and verify financial transaction data with 99.9% accuracy
- Process overnight batches of customer records and invoices

- Operate specialized data validation software during off-peak hours
- Generate nightly audit reports for management review
- Collaborate with offshore teams during handover periods
Qualifications
- 2+ years of high-volume data entry experience
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting aptitude
- Night shift availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic troubleshooting skills for document processing systems
- Valid Texas ID and reliable transportation
