Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for daily pay positions in manufacturing, logistics, and light industrial sectors
- Conduct rapid client consultations to understand urgent staffing needs and same-day pay requirements
- Implement innovative daily pay enrollment processes for temporary workers
- Build and maintain relationships with Seattle-area employers offering immediate compensation
- Manage candidate onboarding with streamlined documentation for instant payroll processing
- Track and report on daily pay program performance and candidate satisfaction
- Collaborate with finance team to ensure seamless same-day payment transactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruiting experience with same-day pay programs
- Proven track record in light industrial or manufacturing recruitment
- Strong knowledge of Washington state labor regulations and payroll compliance
- Exceptional communication skills for high-volume client/candidate interactions
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems with daily pay integration capabilities
- Creative problem-solving approach for urgent staffing scenarios
- Valid Washington state driver's license with reliable transportation
- Certification in Staffing and Recruiting (CSPR) preferred
