Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for daily pay temporary positions across Miami
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers in healthcare, warehousing, and hospitality
- Process same-day payroll for temporary workers using our proprietary platform
- Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires
- Track candidate performance and provide feedback to clients
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent pools
- Ensure compliance with Florida labor regulations and staffing industry standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record in high-volume candidate sourcing and placement
- Strong understanding of Miami's local job market and industry needs
- Experience with payroll processing and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual required)
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
