Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place candidates in daily pay positions across Dallas metro area
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses for staffing needs
- Process same-day payroll for placed candidates using our proprietary system
- Conduct onboarding and compliance checks for new hires
- Track and report placement metrics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Develop innovative sourcing channels for hard-to-fill positions
- Provide exceptional candidate support throughout assignment lifecycle
Qualifications
- 2+ years in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition
- Experience with daily pay or instant payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of Dallas job market and local industries
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Valid Texas staffing license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
