Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary and contract positions
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments
- Match candidates with client requirements based on expertise and availability
- Onboard new hires efficiently with comprehensive orientation
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and CRM records
- Collaborate with clients to refine job specifications and expectations
- Track placement metrics and contribute to team performance goals
Qualifications
- 1+ years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings/weekends
- TN staffing certification preferred but not required
