Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of placing candidates in temporary/contract roles
- Strong knowledge of San Diego's job market and industry trends

- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
