Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates using various recruiting channels and social media platforms.
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills, availability, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate the onboarding process, including completing paperwork and setting up payroll profiles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Manage candidate data accurately in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications
