- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new temporary employees
- Process same-day payroll documentation for daily pay eligibility
- Coordinate with client companies to ensure staffing needs are met
- Maintain accurate records of worker assignments and performance metrics
- Resolve staffing issues and client concerns within 24 hours
- Support marketing initiatives to attract qualified temporary candidates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work early mornings/weekends for client needs
- Basic knowledge of Tennessee labor regulations
