Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for daily-pay temporary positions across Austin's key industries
- Coordinate same-day onboarding for qualified candidates with client partners
- Manage daily payroll processing for temporary staff using our proprietary system
- Build and maintain relationships with Austin-based businesses seeking flexible staffing solutions
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging job trends and skill demands in Austin
- Implement recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill positions in tech and healthcare sectors
- Ensure compliance with Texas labor regulations and agency standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience in Austin's job market
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and daily payroll processing software
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Strong knowledge of Austin's business districts and industry clusters
- Ability to process high-volume same-day placements under tight deadlines
- Excellent negotiation skills for temporary placement contracts
- Experience with remote workforce management and virtual onboarding
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation preferred
