- Coordinate same-day payroll processing for temporary workers across 3+ client sites
- Match qualified candidates to urgent staffing requests within 2-hour response window
- Verify worker credentials and compliance documentation daily
- Resolve payment discrepancies within 24 hours using our digital payroll portal
- Build relationships with 15+ local businesses to forecast staffing needs
- Onboard new temporary workers using mobile-friendly digital systems
- Generate daily performance reports for staffing managers
Qualifications
- 1+ years in staffing, HR, or fast-paced coordination role
- Proficiency in digital payroll platforms (Paychex, ADP, or similar)
- Excellent time management with ability to handle 20+ daily worker assignments
- Strong problem-solving skills for payment resolution
- Valid Indiana driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours (early mornings/weekends required)
- Basic knowledge of Indiana labor regulations
