Responsibilities
- Manage Daily Pay Workflow: Oversee the onboarding process to ensure temp workers are paid daily via our specialized payroll system.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with local businesses in Kentucky, understanding their hiring needs and providing top-tier staffing solutions.
- Talent Sourcing: Actively source, screen, and interview candidates to fill urgent daily pay positions in logistics, manufacturing, and administration.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all workers complete necessary paperwork and comply with local Kentucky labor regulations.
- Shift Scheduling: Coordinate shifts to match client demand while accommodating worker availability.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the staffing process and propose solutions to improve efficiency and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or administrative support.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to negotiate and persuade.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as business needs require.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
- Locality: Must reside in or be willing to commute to Louisville, KY.
