Responsibilities

- Process same-day payroll through our digital payment platform
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers and job seekers
- Manage onboarding for temporary placements within 24-hour windows
- Track performance metrics and optimize staffing efficiency
- Resolve staffing issues proactively to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing or recruitment experience
- Proficiency with digital payroll systems (e.g., DailyPay, PayActiv)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Valid Colorado driver's license with reliable transportation
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of Colorado labor regulations
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) preferred
