Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary and contract positions
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews with job seekers
- Match candidates to client requirements based on skills and availability
- Process same-day payroll for temporary workers via our digital platform
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS system
- Build and nurture relationships with local businesses and hiring managers
- Support onboarding processes for new temporary placements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years in recruitment, staffing, or customer service
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
