Responsibilities
- Match qualified candidates with open positions in manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and administrative sectors
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews and skill assessments to ensure job-candidate alignment
- Process daily payroll for temporary workers within 24 hours of shift completion
- Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction
- Utilize our proprietary staffing platform to track assignments and manage candidate databases
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal labor regulations
- Provide ongoing support to temporary staff throughout their assignments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year in recruitment, staffing, or customer service role
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Valid Minnesota driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
