Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary staffing positions
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers in Phoenix metro
- Facilitate same-day candidate placements and onboarding
- Manage daily payroll processing for temporary workers
- Market staffing services to local businesses via networking and outreach
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS system
- Conduct weekly performance reviews with placed candidates
Qualifications
- 1+ years staffing/recruitment experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with daily deadlines
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of Arizona labor regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to stand for extended periods during client meetings
