Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary staffing assignments
- Match candidates with client requirements based on skills and availability
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires and client placements
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and client relationship records
- Conduct daily check-ins with placed candidates to ensure job satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new staffing opportunities
- Resolve staffing issues and provide ongoing support to candidates and clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of staffing, recruiting, or customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work variable shifts including evenings/weekends
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
