Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with professionalism.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and accurately.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining precise data entry standards.
- Update customer records in the CRM system and track service tickets.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Assist in training new temporary staff members as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Must be available for immediate start in Orlando, FL.
