Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Respond to customer emails, chat messages, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve Issues: Investigate and troubleshoot customer complaints to ensure quick and effective resolutions.
- Data Entry: Accurately input customer information and order details into our CRM database.
- Support Operations: Assist the sales and support teams with administrative tasks and reporting.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay it to the management team for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer literacy.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
