Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support and technical assistance during weekend shifts
- Manage high-priority ticket queues and resolve escalations within SLAs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Document processes and create knowledge base articles for weekend protocols
- Conduct system health checks and preventative maintenance during off-peak hours
- Train weekend associates on new technologies and company procedures
- Generate weekend performance reports and improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday, 6AM-6PM)
- Proficiency in CRM systems and ticketing platforms
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
