Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote access tools.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming help desk tickets within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Perform system maintenance, including patch management, software installations, and security updates.
  • Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to identify vulnerabilities and implement remediation strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in IT support, systems administration, or technical consulting.
