Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to internal employees and clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including printer configuration, operating system errors, and application crashes.
- Manage and maintain inventory of IT assets, including laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Configure and troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure secure access to corporate resources.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and incident reports in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team to implement upgrades and security patches.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with remote access tools (TeamViewer, LogMeIn) and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk).
- Familiarity with Active Directory and basic network troubleshooting concepts.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
