Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to internal employees and clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including printer configuration, operating system errors, and application crashes.
  • Manage and maintain inventory of IT assets, including laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • Configure and troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure secure access to corporate resources.

Qualifications
