Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for 150+ users across multiple Detroit locations
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations and network infrastructure
- Resolve hardware/software issues with 95% first-contact resolution rate
- Document SOPs in ServiceNow and maintain asset management databases
- Collaborate with cloud team on Azure/O365 migrations and security protocols
- Conduct quarterly cybersecurity awareness training sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent practical expertise
- Advanced proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Microsoft 365 and Azure services
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and ITIL practices
- Detroit metro residency and reliable transportation required
