Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Deploy and configure network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Manage Active Directory accounts and group policies
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for cloud services (Azure, AWS)
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project implementations

Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in SCCM, Intune, or similar endpoint management tools
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash)

- Ability to troubleshoot VPN and remote access issues
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
