Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to employees via phone and email, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems to ensure minimal downtime for the business.
- Perform system maintenance and updates on workstations, laptops, and servers.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software across the organization.
- Document technical procedures and issues in the helpdesk ticketing system for future reference.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex technical projects and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- 1-2 years of professional IT support experience, preferably in a temp or contract role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available for immediate hire and able to work onsite in Las Vegas, NV.
- Valid driver's license is a plus for occasional off-site troubleshooting.
