Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets from various internal and external sources to identify trends and insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to support high-level business decision-making processes.
- Prepare comprehensive, data-driven reports and presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating data sources and performing routine quality checks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Index-Match).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
