Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2 technical support to employees via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including printers and peripherals.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and mobile devices.
- Perform regular system updates and security patches on assigned devices.
- Document all incidents and resolutions accurately in the service desk database.
- Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot complex network connectivity issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting LAN/WAN connectivity issues.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced temp environment.
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred but not mandatory.
