Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance, scalable web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to foster team growth.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Identify and resolve technical debt and architectural bottlenecks in existing codebases.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience in Full Stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and HTML5/CSS3.
- Expert level experience with React.js (frontend) and Node.js or Express (backend).
- Familiarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid team environment.
