Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Deploy, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Resolve system outages and security incidents with SLA-driven response
- Document IT processes and maintain asset management databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and upgrades
- Conduct user training on new systems and security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent practical expertise
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud-based SaaS tools
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and remote support tools
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware/software troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Valid Indiana driver's license for occasional on-site visits
