Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone and email, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure secure access to company resources.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all support tickets and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new software updates and security patches.
- Conduct basic training sessions for staff on new tools and software applications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and troubleshooting protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available for part-time hours (approx. 15-25 hours per week).
