Responsibilities
- Lead the definition and execution of the Technology Strategy Roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning technical milestones with business goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Oversee the modernization of legacy systems to ensure seamless scalability and security for future growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to translate complex concepts into actionable technical strategies.
- Establish a robust technology governance framework to mitigate risk and ensure compliance across all 2026 initiatives.
- Drive innovation labs and hackathons to foster a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping.
- Monitor global tech trends to recommend strategic pivots that keep Zenith Digital Systems at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic planning or C-suite advisory role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology roadmaps for large-scale enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends relevant to 2026, including Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and Cloud Native architectures.
- Strong experience in managing multi-million dollar technology budgets and vendor relationships.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Experience in the FinTech or SaaS sector is a significant plus.
