- Strategic Forecasting: Analyze global technology trends to build a robust 3-year roadmap for the organization, identifying opportunities for disruption and growth.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor advancements in Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and biotechnology to anticipate shifts in the competitive landscape.
- Strategic Partnerships: Evaluate and forge strategic alliances with startups, research institutions, and technology providers to secure future capabilities.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor product and engineering teams on long-term technical strategies and emerging best practices.
- Feasibility Studies: Conduct deep-dive research to assess the viability and ROI of futuristic concepts before capital allocation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical futures into compelling narratives for investors, board members, and the public.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior executive or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of emerging technologies including AI/ML, Quantum Computing, and Web3/Blockchain architectures.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and successfully adapting business models to future market conditions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive consensus.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field is highly preferred.
