Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 AI and machine learning strategic roadmap.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with overarching business objectives.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks to maintain a competitive market advantage.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of data scientists and AI engineers.
- Oversee the ethical deployment of AI systems, ensuring compliance, security, and fairness.
- Identify high-ROI opportunities for AI integration across various product lines and internal operations.
- Present strategic updates, forecasts, and KPIs to the board of directors and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in technology strategy, product management, or AI engineering.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling AI/ML models from prototype to enterprise-level production.
- Deep understanding of modern AI architectures, LLMs, and cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional, global technical teams.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
