- Champion innovation labs and pilot programs for emerging tech solutions (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Build partnerships with research institutions, startups, and global tech ecosystems
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and scenario planning
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption and strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech preferred)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, futures research, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of global tech policy, ethical frameworks, and societal impact
