Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for large-scale data processing and model training.
- Research, fine-tune, and optimize state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative architectures.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for real-time, high-volume applications.
- Contribute to the development of novel algorithms and publish technical research.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for machine learning engineering.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
