Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance software solutions aligned with the 2026 technological vision.
- Lead the integration of advanced AI and machine learning models into core production systems.
- Define and enforce best practices for software architecture, security, and scalability across all engineering teams.
- Mentor senior engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical roadmaps.
- Conduct code reviews and technical audits to ensure system integrity and performance optimization.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and next-gen web technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in designing distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Proven experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and integrating them into enterprise solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
