We are seeking a visionary Lead AI Architect to design the next generation of autonomous neural networks and sentient data processing infrastructure. You will be the architect of our 'Horizon Initiative,' ensuring our systems are not just functional, but revolutionary.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical machine learning models and scalable, production-ready engineering solutions. You will define the roadmap for our AI infrastructure, mentor a team of elite engineers, and ensure our platforms remain at the cutting edge of technology.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI infrastructure designed to handle the demands of the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the 'Horizon Initiative,' defining technical roadmaps for next-generation autonomous systems and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize deep learning models for real-time inference and reduce latency in high-stakes environments.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) to ensure system reliability and scalability.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performance engineering culture focused on innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern machine learning frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
- Excellent leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage high-performance engineering teams.
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is highly preferred.
