Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI roadmaps for 2026+ capabilities in quantum computing integration and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing predictive models for market disruption and ethical AI governance
- Partner with C-suite executives to align AI initiatives with long-term corporate strategy and ESG goals
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Author white papers and patents for next-gen AI architectures in decentralized networks
- Develop KPI frameworks for measuring AI's societal impact and ROI on futuristic solutions
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in AI/ML, Computer Science, or Futurism with 5+ years applied research experience
- Proven track record in deploying AI systems at scale with measurable business outcomes
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning, neural-symbolic AI, and federated learning
- Strong background in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Published author in top-tier AI/ethics journals or conference proceedings
- Certification in AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience with cloud-native AI deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps pipelines
