Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent experience)

- Proven track record scaling tech innovations to $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 AI governance frameworks
- Fluency in at least two quantum programming languages
