Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable Machine Learning pipelines and Deep Learning architectures.
- Lead research initiatives into Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Optimize model inference for low-latency, high-throughput production environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to improve data quality and feature engineering.
- Ensure AI systems are ethical, transparent, and compliant with data privacy regulations.
- Contribute to open-source AI communities and internal technical documentation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying state-of-the-art models to production.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments.
