Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, integrating AI, AR/VR, and blockchain solutions
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing and sustainable tech with $5M+ annual budget
- Partner with Product and Engineering to embed predictive analytics and automation
- Drive strategic alliances with MIT, Stanford, and NASA for future-tech incubation
- Mentor 15+ engineers while establishing patent portfolios for breakthrough innovations
- Present quarterly tech strategy to board and investors
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in AI/quantum computing
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent with published research in Nature/Science
- Proven track record scaling AI teams to 50+ professionals
- Expertise in federated learning and ethical AI frameworks
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/VC funding for future-tech
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Global speaking engagements at Web Summit or CES
