Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable architectures for AI-driven platforms and next-gen computing environments.
- Lead the R&D initiative to integrate emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Interfaces, and Edge Computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, security experts, and product managers to translate technical vision into reality.
- Mentor senior engineers and define coding standards for high-impact projects.
- Conduct architectural reviews and ensure system reliability, security, and performance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to propose innovative solutions that give our clients a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or High-Performance Computing.
- Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, and experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Strong understanding of system design patterns, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
