Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and mitigation strategies for ML models
- Lead stakeholder workshops to define ethical AI principles for new product lines
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and update compliance protocols
- Train engineering teams on ethical AI development practices
- Author transparency reports for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Partner with legal teams on AI risk assessment and compliance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, data ethics, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in algorithmic fairness and bias mitigation techniques
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging regulations
- Experience conducting AI ethics audits in regulated industries
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate ML model architectures
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder education
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, ECAI) preferred
