Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy secure, scalable smart contracts using Solidity and Rust.
- Lead architectural decisions for high-throughput blockchain networks and Layer 2 solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code audits and implement best practices for cryptographic security.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate Web3 wallets and DApp interfaces seamlessly.
- Optimize blockchain interactions to minimize gas fees and maximize transaction throughput.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in DeFi, NFTs, and cross-chain interoperability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with at least 2 years in blockchain/Web3 development.
- Deep understanding of blockchain mechanics, consensus algorithms, and cryptography.
- Proficiency in Ethereum (ERC-20, ERC-721) and experience with multi-chain environments.
- Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one blockchain-native language (Solidity or Rust).
- Experience with development tools like Hardhat, Truffle, or Foundry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
