Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for AI initiatives leading up to and through 2026.
- Lead the architecture and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance AI models and systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Mentor and guide a high-performing team of data scientists and AI engineers.
- Stay abreast of the latest breakthroughs in the AI landscape to ensure Chronos AI remains a market leader.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies into existing infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale AI projects from concept to deployment.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
