Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Ecosystems: Design and deploy robust, fault-tolerant architectures for next-generation AI and machine learning applications.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and researchers to drive product vision and execution.
- Future-Proofing Infrastructure: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready algorithms, Edge AI) and integrate them into our core infrastructure.
- Optimization & Performance: Oversee system performance tuning, data pipeline efficiency, and cost optimization for large-scale training models.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish governance frameworks and best practices to ensure responsible and ethical AI deployment.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with product management and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, distributed systems, and cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI Specialization: Proven track record in designing Large Language Models (LLMs) or advanced Neural Network architectures.

- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on scalability, security, and high availability.
