Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or compliance with demonstrable impact on policy
- Expertise in bias detection techniques for ML models (e.g., fairness metrics, adversarial testing)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, OECD AI Principles)
- Experience designing audit frameworks for algorithmic decision systems
- Strong written communication skills for producing ethical guidelines and policy documents
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
