Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Lead the end-to-end design of scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure tailored for the Project 2026 roadmap, ensuring maximum efficiency and security.
- System Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of legacy systems with cutting-edge neural networks and generative AI models to drive operational excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and implement high-performance computing solutions to ensure real-time processing capabilities for complex datasets.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- R&D Collaboration: Work closely with R&D departments to prototype and validate novel algorithms for future market readiness and competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; deep knowledge of TensorFlow/PyTorch and container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-pressure, fast-paced environments and drive technical vision.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex architectural challenges and implementing scalable solutions.
