Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 8+ years of experience in IT leadership, systems architecture, or AI engineering, with a demonstrable focus on long-term strategic planning.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of machine learning frameworks, natural language processing (NLP), and robotic process automation (RPA).
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage large-scale digital transformation projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on identifying innovative solutions to complex operational challenges.
