- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Represent the company at global tech summits and academic symposia on future technologies
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts using cutting-edge research methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial products/services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences and technical teams
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation (e.g., CFM, CPS)
