Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable microservices architectures tailored for high-concurrency environments.
- Lead the technical strategy for the "2026 Initiative," focusing on AI integration and edge computing.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to uphold our high-performance standards.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate abstract futuristic concepts into concrete technical roadmaps.
- Optimize system performance and security protocols to meet enterprise-grade compliance standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a lead role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, and experience with Cloud Native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML model deployment and MLOps pipelines.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in agile environments.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
